I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”
– Thomas A. Edison
It’s such a beautiful day, the sun is shining brightly, birds exchanging song across the garden. Sea is perfectly calm, pale blue, reflecting both the mountains and clouds. An RNLI lifeboat speeds up the firth throwing up a large wake. Three frigates cruise down the firth, probably part of a navy exercise.
A clear starlit night left traces of frost over the land; flowers and grass sparkling in the early sun – an overture to a glorious day!
Still trying to get to grips with my macro lens but being a “leftie” struggling to keep the camera still and in focus. But I’ll just need to persevere – very few of us perfect a new skill in one lesson…
Thanks for stopping by – the only failure is to stop trying – here’s to trying!

Hoping so, thanks! ☺️
