Herbs are wonderful and Medicinal Herbs are a joy to grow, garble and use. As I start a new herb garden I hope that together we'll grow in our knowledge and love of herbs, sharing the joys of planting a new garden and the wildlife that share it.
March is a month of considerable frustration – it is so near spring and yet across a great deal of the country the weather is still so violent and changeable that outdoor activity in our yards seems light years away.
We are having strange March weather here in NJ, or should I say “Normal” weather for this winter…sleet and freezing rain yesterday, today rain, tomorrow 4 – 7 inches of snow in the forecast. Yuck! But on the flip side…Hooray! The weekend and two days after are going to be in the 40’s and dry…I can’t wait to get out my walking shoes and leave the Uggs in in the closet.
Lovely. We had a day last week when it dropped 20 degrees in 2 hours. I’m one of only a handful of people in the US who is not yet ready for winter to go…
